Images of Irene – Telling Our Stories through Photos and Poems: Jan 6 – 21, 2012 – Artistree Gallery, Woodstock, VT:
This exhibit reflected the work of a group of six students who participated in a free photography class I taught in the Fall of 2012 entitled Telling Your Story through New Eyes. Over the course of our seven sessions we wove together photography, poetry (in a form similar to haiku), and stories to chronicle each person’s experience of Tropical Storm Irene. The exhibit displayed both their visual and poetic narratives of the storm as well as images drawn from a variety of photography assignments from the class. Check out my blog post about the opening of this exhibit.
- Fine Work in Miniature: Dec 3 -23 – Artistree Gallery, Woodstock, VT: This is a fun show where we’ve hung a set of 19 of my photography business cards (each with a different image) as a single piece. There are lots of other great pieces by local artists. Check it out.

- Photostop Gallery Holiday Show: Dec 2 – 22 – White River Junction, VT: The exhibit featured at the gallery this month is a fascinating set of photos by Neal Rantoul entitled “Lions, and Tigers, and Bears (Oh My!)”. At the same time the gallery is selling works by four local photographers (including me) in the form of notecards, 2012 calendars, and my Revealed Presence Story Cards.
